Is there a risk I'll miss the ship if I do not book directly with the cruise line? Simply the answer is No. All of our tour operators are well aware of your ship's departure time, and our tours are designed to get you back to the ship with time to spare. In the extremely unlikely event you were to miss the ship due to one of our tours, we guarantee that we will pay the full cost of your meals, hotel, and transportation to the next port of call.
How do I reserve my shore excursions? You are welcome to reserve directly through our web site by adding your selections to your shopping cart, or if you need more guidance please call us at 1-800-497-3112 and one of our tour coordinators would be happy to assist you during our regular business hours of 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday-Friday Eastern Standard time.
How do I receive my confirmation voucher? We allow our vendors 72 hours to confirm your tour. Once your excursion selections have been confirmed, your credit card will be processed and your tour vouchers as well as instructions on how and when to meet up with your guides will be included.
How far in advance must I book? As some of our tours will book up well in advance, we recommend your selection be processed at least 45 days prior to the start of your vacation. We always want to accommodate your requests and to be sure that all goes smoothly, we are not able to process requests for International reservations 14 days prior to your vacation.
What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel up to 14 days in advance of tour departure and receive a full refund. If you would like to cancel a tour, simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you. Once you are within the 14 day window, the tour becomes non-refundable.
How do I find my guide? All meeting instructions will appear on your vouchers after the tour(s) has been confirmed. If your selection includes a pier/hotel pickup, we will include information on who to look for at the pier/hotel, details of the sign that they will be holding, and/or the specific location of where to meet your guide.
How are payments handled for excursions and transfers? Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed with the operator, your credit card will be charged. Charges on your credit card will appear as Cruise.com
Cancellations due to weather or due to Missed Port or Late Ship arrival? A full refund will be given for tours that are cancelled due to the ships inability to get into port.
